About The Position

JOBS-AMST is the premier provider of commercial window cleaning in Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and throughout South Texas. Job Summary: The ideal person will have proven experience building upon existing relationships, understanding product offerings, and ensuring customer satisfaction of assigned accounts. This position reports to the General Manager.

Requirements

  • Support and solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as well as other scheduling software programs
  • Proficient in Salesforce / Salesforce Field Services a plus
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferer
  • At least two years of experience in customer service or project management
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Bilingual (Spanish) would be a plus

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for scheduling all workorders and assigning field crews within the salesforce field services software
  • A successful Scheduler has a strong sense of urgency and responsibilit
  • They are highly organized while also being able to multitask daily
  • They are dedicated to the client’s experience from start to finish and maintain a strong working knowledge of client needs, our company services, and the individual skill sets of our field crew
  • Works to build and promote strong, loyal, and long-lasting client relationships and prevent client dissatisfaction
  • Focuses daily on meeting clients’ needs, requests and preventing any cancellation and/or delays of contracted work
  • Manages emails, texts and voicemails daily and responds to clients accordingl
  • Making sure each client is updated, daily, specific to operations being performed at their property
  • Answers inbound calls related to current and future scheduling
  • Handles customer questions and redirects calls according
  • They work to prevent any job cancellations or job pauses before the completion of work
  • Maintains and updates customer files and related information, including name or address changes, mergers, or billing information
  • Updates CRM as needed
  • Create reports regarding the status of customer accounts as requested
  • Relays changes of information to appropriate employees
  • Collaborate with sales, and operations teams daily and support the accounts receivable team when needed.
