  • 5+ years of experience with Systems Engineering or Project Management, schedule planning, and development efforts on space, ground, software, and hardware system Major Defense Acquisition Programs
  • 5+ years of experience developing and managing an integrated, end to end IMS including the schedule of key integration, test, transition to operation activities, and critical paths, in order to analyze schedule impacts and recommend corrective actions
  • Experience developing, documenting, and executing a Lean-Agile process to manage the technical baseline and IMS at all integration levels
  • Knowledge of scheduling tools such as MS Project, One Pager Pro, Milestones Professional, Sharepoint, MS Excel, and MS Office
  • Ability to identify, document, and integrate technical and programmatic data describing systems, segments, elements, interrelationships, interdependencies, and external drivers of operational capabilities to review and provide input to the Operational Capability Schedule
  • Ability to gather data from multiple sources and stakeholders across the program and display it in a useful manner for the customer
  • Ability to concurrently manage several Enterprise and Program-level schedules and IMS
  • Ability to communicate and establish collaborative relationships with government clients, Federally Funded Research and Developmental Centers (FFRDC), and associate contractor teammates to achieve program goals
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, mathematics, computer science, or technology field
  • Experience performing systems engineering, program management, and schedule and development activities on space systems
  • Experience with using Model-Based Systems Engineering approach to manage system definitions and technical baseline
  • Experience working with large amounts of data
  • Experience utilizing metrics to improve processes and ensure consistency and standardization across the organization
  • Knowledge of space systems and the corresponding design, development, manufacturing, integration and test, deployment, operations, and decommissioning activities
  • Knowledge of DoD 5000.01 or DoD 5000.02
  • Possession of strong communication and coordination skills
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Master’s degree in an engineering, mathematics, physics, or technology field
  • INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional certifications, such as ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP certification
