About The Position

Scheduler A needs to be able to manage all aspects of Planning and Scheduling to achieve a level load plan that minimizes inventory levels while maximizing delivery to capture plastics demand for all WRMG manufacturing plants, based on sales for boats. Position is responsible for collaborating with necessary parties involved in completing strategic demand planning in addition to day-to-day systematic processing of parts produced while ensuring accuracy of both upstream and downstream through to invoicing/distribution orders, and plant needs.

Requirements

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Certificate(s) or License(s): Forklift Experience: 2 years
2 Years of Computer Knowledge with abilities to run and perform reporting for teams.
1 Year of Scheduling Knowledge, Communication significant changes to production teams.
1 Year of Knowledge of invoicing and Distribution order processing.

Responsibilities

Linear, Fuel Tank, Kits, Lippert, and Dog Kennel Scheduling Responsibility. 75%
Complete strategic planning with necessary parties to achieve a production level load supporting boat plant demand by Forecast Pulling and boats by part Responsibility. 10%
Sales Order Entry from PO Responsibility. 5%
Communicate significant changes on the production floor to the Production Manager and production leads Responsibility 5%.
Supervise the training of new scheduling employees. Responsibility. 5%
ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
