About The Position
As a Full-Time Store Associate at Binny's Beverage Depot, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience while contributing to the overall success of the store. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in developing sales strategies, maintaining productivity levels, and providing superior customer service. You will ensure the safety and cleanliness of the store, working collaboratively as part of a team under the guidance of managers and supervisors. Adherence to the policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook is essential to maintain a professional and efficient work environment. In this position, you will be expected to follow proper age verification policies to ensure compliance with legal requirements. Providing friendly assistance to customers and observing customer service policies will be key to your success. You will perform cash register operations, maintain the check-out area, and manage shopping cart and box storage areas. Additionally, you will be responsible for stocking shelves, building displays, and performing porter duties to keep the store organized and appealing to customers. Safety is a priority, and you will follow injury prevention protocols, safety training, and security procedures diligently. You will also be involved in shipping and receiving processes, developing a thorough knowledge of store products to better serve customers. Your role will encompass all duties assigned by Store Management, ensuring that you contribute positively to the store's operations and customer satisfaction.
