About The Position

As a Lead Educator, you'll supervise classroom activities, create a safe and nurturing environment, and implement engaging learning experiences based on NAEYC guidelines. Requirements

  • Create and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans
  • Experienced in early childhood education with at least 6 months of relevant experience
  • CPR and first aid certified (or able to obtain certification)

Nice To Haves

  • Holding an associate degree or higher in early childhood education or a related field (preferred).
  • Knowledgeable about child development, classroom management, and best practices for early childhood education.
