The SCCM Analyst, Tanium Systems Admin position at Raymond James Financial, Inc. is a critical role that serves as the primary support and central point of contact for large or multiple systems that have a significant impact across the firm. The selected candidate will engage extensively with internal customers, other technology professionals, and vendors to identify, research, analyze, and resolve system issues and problems. This role requires a deep integration of domain knowledge with an understanding of financial services standards and practices. The analyst will be the primary contact for complex or escalated issues and may provide direction and guidance to junior team members. In this position, the analyst will apply specialized business knowledge and technical skills to significant deliverables and projects that involve multiple IT departments and business units, having enterprise-wide impact. The role involves handling complex problems independently and demonstrating strong analytical thinking. The analyst will be expected to make judgments and recommendations based on the analysis and interpretation of data, ensuring that the systems operate efficiently and effectively. The SCCM Analyst will primarily focus on assisting with third-party application install package builds and deployments using the Tanium Deploy module. Responsibilities include monitoring the health of servers, workstations, and agents, troubleshooting deployment errors, and managing Active Directory Group Policy. The analyst will also develop, test, and maintain application installation packages, configure and manage deployments, and coordinate application releases with customers and other IT areas. Additionally, the role requires maintaining awareness of industry trends and representing the department in project activities to communicate the capabilities of the services offered.
