This opportunity is- Location: Hilo, HI Status: Full-time Day shift Days/Hours: Monday - Friday 40 hours Base hourly pay rate: $16.39-$18.03, based on experience. In this role, you will: Prepares requisitions and documents for scanning by removing all staples and paper clips, repairing torn edges, photocopying them if necessary to eliminate highlighted areas, and researching and completing any additional data collection that may be required to properly scan and index the requisitions or additional supporting documentation Picks up and delivers requisitions/documents to work stations as required Scans prepared requisitions/documents for electronic storage and retrieval Removes any erroneous and unnecessary documents from being stored Assists with typing, filing, photocopying or other clerical duties as requested Adheres to confidentiality, safety, compliance, and legal requirements Maintains consistent and reliable attendance and complies with company guidelines on attendance All you need is: High School Diploma or equivalent required Minimum one (1) year clerical experience required Familiarity with various types of office equipment For work performed in laboratory hospitals additional requirements may apply and change without notice, including, but not limited to, criminal background checks, health clearance and hospital compliance training We’ll give you: Appreciation for your work A feeling of satisfaction that you’ve helped people Opportunity to grow in your profession Free lab services for you and your dependents Work-life balance, including Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Competitive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance Help saving for retirement with a 401(k) plus a company match A sense of belonging – we’re a community! Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
