About The Position

Scanning Platform, Clinical Operations Manager The Scanning Platform, Clinical Operations Manager will be responsible for strategic oversight and guidance of continuous improvement efforts to streamline clinical operations for our scanning platform program for our Ultrasound business unit. Your role: Lead talent management and operational excellence for the clinical operations team, including goal setting, feedback, resource allocation, and employee development to optimize performance and engagement. Direct planning and execution of clinical studies for the Ultrasound Scanning Platform, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards (GCP, ISO, FDA), managing audits, and developing ultrasound-specific procedures. Serve as the Medical and Clinical Leader, fostering cross-functional collaboration with Clinical Operations, R D, Product, and other internal partners to achieve project objectives and drive continuous improvement. Implement and oversee strategic policies, budgets, schedules, and vendor relations to maintain operational efficiency, streamline processes, and support regulatory and post-market requirements. Provide analytical guidance, resolve complex issues, and lead initiatives that enhance clinical operations, drive innovation, and improve evidence generation, with regular engagement at senior management and executive levels. You're the right fit if: You've acquired 5+ years of experience in Clinical Operations Management and management over clinical applications or programs. Prior people leadership strongly preferred. Your skills include practical knowledge of clinical operations processes and efficiencies, familiarity with relevant clinical guidelines and standards, and proficiency in data acquisition management operations. You have a bachelor's/master's degree in manufacturing (process focused) engineering, operations research, epidemiology/health informatics or equivalent. Experience in MedTech in real-world data collection, registries, and data network development required. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in Bothell, WA is $144,900 to $231,840. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Clinical Operations Management and management over clinical applications or programs.
