Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma or GED
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in a warehouse and/or production environment.
  • 2 years’ experience driving a forklift must have current/valid Utah Driver’s license
  • Ability to read, write and speak English
  • Ability to understand basic math concepts
  • Basic computer skills needed
  • Operate an RF scanner
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent attention to detail required
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • preferred experience with handheld scanner technology

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating with production to ensure material is staged for current work order and for upcoming changeovers.
  • Allocating material pulled from staging locations to the correct work order (real-time)
  • Verifying inventory accuracy for all materials in the staging locations.
  • Ensure all pallets coming from production are accurately labeled, stacked and wrapped, and correctly returned to a warehouse location.
  • Perform end of shift pallet reconciliation with distribution lead.
  • Accurately count, receive, and store items in specific location.
  • Maintain a clean safe work area.
  • Cycle counting inventory locations.
  • Responsible for food safety, food quality and food defense.
  • Other duties as assigned.
