About The Position

The Scan Coordinator at Perry's Piggly Wiggly is responsible for maintaining accurate pricing of all store items and ensuring high standards of efficiency. This role involves various functions across all departments of the store, focusing on pricing accuracy and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Must be proficient in using a computer.
• Detail Oriented.
• Pricing: 1 year (Preferred).
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintains all shelf tags with accurate pricing for product items, replaces and updates as necessary.
• Activates price changes daily in the computer.
• Executes timely promotions ensuring that sale items are accurately tagged and information is coordinated with department managers.
• Corrects any scanning inaccuracies and errors.
• Prints and hangs all promotional tags and signs in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Works closely with department managers on pricing issues and maintenance.
• May also help upfront with customer service or in the backroom with receiving.
