As a Scan Coordinator at BJ's Wholesale Club, you will play a crucial role in supporting an exceptional shopping experience for our members. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the execution of all promotional programs, which includes managing sign downloads and sign execution throughout the club. You will be part of a team that is dedicated to providing outstanding service and convenience to our members, helping them save on the products and services they need for their families and homes. In this role, you will carry out various job functions and responsibilities as assigned, supporting the application of club policies, procedures, and compliance. We strive for flawless execution and hold ourselves accountable for our actions. You will act with honesty and integrity, always keeping the member in mind to address any concerns and escalate them as appropriate. Creating a safe and positive environment for our members and fellow team members is paramount. You will embrace inclusion and diversity, working collaboratively and respectfully with your team to achieve common goals. Your daily tasks will include ensuring that the club is executing the correct signage proposition in each aisle and department, preparing and printing daily price downloads, and maintaining visible and accurate signage. You will also be responsible for stocking demo carts, executing the out of code program, and ensuring compliance with club policies and procedures. Regular attendance is essential for this role, and you will be expected to perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
