Scan Coordinator/DSD Receiver

About The Position

A scan coordinator is primarily responsible for ensuring price accuracy and maintaining the integrity of product information within a retail store. The receivers are responsible for unloading and inspecting delivered goods to ensure that all products ordered are received by the organization.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
Must be able to traverse and access all areas of the supermarket.

Responsibilities

Ensures consistent, efficient, pleasant customer experiences.
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and attractiveness of their workstations.
Verifying prices, barcodes, and signage, updating price changes, and resolving discrepancies.
Manage computerized records and may be involved in customer service including performing cashier duties.
Check pricing by sorting and verifying shelf tags/signs before you hang them.
Assuring that signs and tags are up on all displays, ends and shelves.
Check emails daily with and communicate with DSD vendors about promotions and Ads.
Performs other related duties as required
Check in all DSD (Direct Store Delivery) by verifying that all items are accurate on receiving counts and dollar amount that is in the SMS system.
Check Vendor Sections... BACKSTOCK and SALES FLOOR
Assist Scan Coordinator with tags and signs after receiving hours.
