The position involves performing front-line production work including document preparation, scanning, and data entry to produce various products and services. The employee will follow established procedures to ensure output and quality meet expectations while caring for related equipment and work area. Responsibilities include preparing documents for scanning, scanning high volumes of paper on internal systems and client platforms, entering information from scanned images and paper documents, and reviewing and verifying data entered into the system for accuracy. The employee must follow work processes to ensure optimal output, quality, and downstream process integrity, keep up on training and changes within client protocols, and meet output requirements as defined by their lead or supervisor. Additionally, the employee is responsible for ensuring that equipment such as scanners and other processing tools are operating as intended.
