Responsibilities
- Make sure that the ingredients used are measured as per the recipe-formula and the lot codes are recorded for traceability purposes.
- Review-adhere to company FIFO policy.
- Ensure all ingredients are packaged in conformance with company standards.
- Adhere to company allergen handling policies.
- Inspect all ingredient buckets and lids before and after use for damage (i.e., crack lids, missing parts, etc.) and remove from service if identified.
- Complete all paperwork legible – secure formulas when not in use and at the end of shift.
- Complies with all company processes/standards/policies.
- Responsible for the manufacture of safe, legal, and quality product.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
