Thanks for your commitment to Tyson Foods. Scaling cattle, sex count, inventory cattle, lot sheeting cattle, moving cattle from trucks to pens. Clean up yards area. In addition to other various responsibilities. Applicant must have good communication and organizational skills and be able to perform tasks with limited supervision. Tasks include standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, lifting, and reaching. This position can work in a cold, damp environment or hot, humid environment and on slippery surfaces. Team member must be dependable, work well with others, self-motivated. Applicant must have 1+ years work experience in the Harvest division. Candidates with 6 or more attendance points and/or any suspension discipline on file within the last 12 months at time of posting will not be considered. Available to bargaining unit team members only. This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only. Team members interested in transferring into this position from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner. The successful candidate must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
