Requirements

• Ability to operate and maintain scaling equipment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements
• Commitment to safety and compliance standards
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Responsibilities

• Scale aggregate piles to ensure accurate inventory measurements
• Operate scaling equipment safely and efficiently
• Record and report material weights and measurements accurately
• Communicate with plant and quarry teams to maintain workflow
• Inspect work areas and equipment for safety compliance

Benefits

• $28.76 per hour plus an additional $0.50 per hour underground rate
