Spectro Alloys is a fast-growing aluminum recycling facility in Rosemount, MN, and we are hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Scale & Logistics Coordinator to support daily plant operations. This is not just a scale job. You are the first point of contact for drivers and the central hub for tracking materials in and out of a high-volume, growing industrial operation. Your accuracy and communication keep production moving and ensure compliance standards are met. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1+ years of experience in a truck scale, logistics, transportation, manufacturing, recycling, or industrial environment preferred
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to accurately enter and verify data in a fast-paced setting
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Professional and confident communication skills when interacting with drivers, customers, and internal teams
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks during busy periods
  • Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor conditions as operations require
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work consistent Monday–Friday day shift hours
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a larger operations team
  • Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and following established procedures
