This is not just a scale job. You are the first point of contact for drivers and the central hub for tracking materials in and out of a high-volume, growing industrial operation. Your accuracy and communication keep production moving and ensure compliance standards are met. Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
1+ years of experience in a truck scale, logistics, transportation, manufacturing, recycling, or industrial environment preferred
Strong computer skills with the ability to accurately enter and verify data in a fast-paced setting
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Professional and confident communication skills when interacting with drivers, customers, and internal teams
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks during busy periods
Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor conditions as operations require
Reliable attendance and ability to work consistent Monday–Friday day shift hours
Ability to work independently while supporting a larger operations team
Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and following established procedures
Flexible and adaptable in a growing, evolving production environment
