Handle truck scale procedures for all inbound/outbound loads.

Requirements

• Candidate must have excellent problem solving and communication skills, and be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Adaptability, high attention to detail, and capability to learn new computer software are a must.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with little supervision.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Candidate will be responsible for serving as the first line of communication in respect to daily customer shipments and scrap receipts, ensuring proper operation of truck scales, and acting as a liaison between trucks and the plant.
• Key functions include but are not limited to scaling in and out trucks, processing paperwork and data entry, checking visitors in and out then directing them to the proper contact, and monitoring cameras.
