This position is responsible for observing incoming and outgoing truck and rail traffic and documenting loads as required as well as recording and communicating load information in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license required
- High School diploma or equivalent work experience required
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Products required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills required
- Previous administrative experience (including managing spreadsheets, collecting data, and maintaining basic reports) required
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working in a deadline-driven, production-oriented industrial/construction work environment preferred
- Relevant weighing (or related) certification, or the ability to obtain, preferred
Responsibilities
- Document truck and rail shipping manifest with all pertinent information about the load and amounts being transported using the APEX system
- Communicate daily information per load as outlined by corporate governance
- Learn, follow and promote all safety regulations of Charah and its customers
- Work occasional weekend, holiday, and/or overtime
- Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or upper management
