About The Position

Job Summary: The Scaffolding Laborer will be responsible for safely loading, transporting, assembling, dismantling, and organizing scaffolding materials at job sites.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Driver's license
• Ability to carry up to 75 LBS.
• Comfortable working at heights
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Previous construction or scaffolding experience preferred (training provided)
• General construction experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Load and unload scaffolding materials from trucks
• Assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures safely and according to company standards and OSHA regulations
• Inspect scaffolding for damage, defects or missing parts before and after they are used
• Assist with material inventory and track equipment usage
• Maintain clean and safe work areas during set-up and tear-down
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work closely with other team members to meet deadlines
• perform other duties as assigned to support field operations
• Deliver scaffolding to multiple job sites
