We are seeking an experienced Scaffolding Foremen to support projects in multiple regions. This position involves planning, erecting, and dismantling scaffolding systems in compliance with OSHA standards.

Requirements

  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.

  • Must be able to clearly explain steps and provide clear directions.
  • Must be able to complete and complete the paperwork required for purchase orders, time sheets, etc. and answer questions about the construction processes for field staff and other subcontractors.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and load materials from the yard for scaffold builds.
  • Deliver and stage scaffolding at job sites.
  • Interpret drawings or plans to lay out scaffold systems.
  • Assemble scaffolds to match prepared designs and adapt to building conditions.
  • Install hoisting systems, stairs, and ladders for safe access.
  • Dismantle scaffolds systematically and prepare materials for transport.
  • Maintain organization during scaffold moves and breakdowns.
  • Provide support to a scaffolding crew in the erection, maintaining and dismantling of scaffolding structures.
  • Inspect scaffolding components for damage and other defects.
  • Utilize scaffolding tools in the erection, maintaining and dismantling of scaffolding.
  • Participates in the leveling and squaring of scaffold base, attaching braces, horizontals, ladders, toe boards, swing gates.
  • Perform general housekeeping on the job site.
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervision.
