About The Position

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Scaffold Yard Worker to join our team. This role involves assisting in the loading, unloading, cleaning, and organization of scaffolding materials in the yard. The ideal candidate is safety -conscious, physically capable, and has a strong work ethic.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in construction, warehouse, or yard work a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
• Basic understanding of hand tools and yard equipment.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Knowledge of scaffold components and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload scaffolding materials from trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect scaffold components for damage or defects.
• Sort and organize materials in the yard according to company standards.
• Assist with inventory checks and documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Operate forklifts or other yard equipment as needed (training provided).
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
