About The Position
The Scaffold Foreman is responsible for managing and leading a safe work environment, ensuring the safety of foremen and crews under their direction. This role involves providing direction, leadership, and support to subordinate staff, holding them accountable for their responsibilities and goals. The foreman will also be involved in day-to-day disciplinary decisions and must consistently apply company policies and procedures. Additionally, the foreman acts as a trainer, mentor, and coach to foremen, providing necessary safety and craft training, evaluating leadership skills, and offering constructive feedback. The position requires planning and scheduling to meet production goals, ensuring adherence to HR policies, and maintaining quality control to meet or exceed customer standards. Administrative duties include preparing and managing reports and documents related to the project.
