About The Position

Overview Sky Climber Access Solutions is looking for a Scaffold Builder in our Kenner area location. MUST NOT BE AFRAID OF HEIGHTS!!! Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Carrying / installing / erecting rigging suspended and supported scaffold on customer sites Loading / unloading trucks in warehouse Hoist, assembly, and disassembly of platforms Uncoiling and lowering both electrical cord and wire ropes Deliveries – including loading and unloading of vehicle climbing onto and off flat bed trucks Work with team to safely and efficiently erect and dismantle various types of scaffolds Complete required job site and internal paperwork requirements daily Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Have the ability to carry two 50# weights at one time Be comfortable with physical work that requires climbing stairs and ladders frequently Be comfortable working at heights Extensive experience in erecting swing and supported scaffolds Bilingual a plus Good working knowledge of OSHA regulations regarding scaffolding Minimum 2 years of experience building various scaffolding types at a reputable company This is a safety sensitive position Hours – M-F – 7am – 4pm (Hours will vary by workload) Position is Hourly Non-Exempt Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person Pre-employment testing: Drug Test Background Check Physical MVR Check

Requirements

• Have the ability to carry two 50# weights at one time
• Be comfortable with physical work that requires climbing stairs and ladders frequently
• Be comfortable working at heights

• Good working knowledge of OSHA regulations regarding scaffolding
• Minimum 2 years of experience building various scaffolding types at a reputable company
