About The Position
The Scaffold and Insulation Superintendent will manage the day-to-day activities of a team of laborers, carpenters, and helpers and is responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of services performed. Scaffold and Insulation oversees the daily scaffold and insulation activities at the work sites, including scheduling of workers, delivery of equipment and materials and progress of the project. The Superintendent needs to be familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures in specified discipline. Must be able to read blueprints. Ability to schedule out manpower as well as deal with emergency work with little to no notice. Manage Foreman in the field along with tracking the progress of the jobs. Lead the team in installation, assembly, dismantlement, maintenance, troubleshoot, and repairs.
