About The Position
The SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) engineers are responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing control systems used to monitor and control the DWR facilities. This position is responsible for complex design and programming work in process engineering. Incumbents may also supervise personnel and activities such as: design, development, testing & commissioning and provide day to day support to SCADA / Process Automation Systems across DWR Facilities. This position is directly responsible for all SCADA engineering projects, system upgrades and training related to SCADA systems within DWR facilities.
