As a SCA Cook II at Sodexo, you are a team player and food waste reducer. You'll prepare and create nutritious dishes while putting customer service at the heart of everything you do. Responsibilities include preparing large quantities, by various methods of cooking, meat, poultry, fish, and vegetables, seasoning and cooking all cuts of various meats, fish, and poultry, boiling, steaming, or frying vegetables, and making gravies, soups, sauces, roasts, meat pies, fricassees, casseroles, and stews. Attend work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity. Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
