About The Position

As a SCA Cook II at Sodexo, you are a team player and food waste reducer. You'll prepare and create nutritious dishes while putting customer service at the heart of everything you do.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of related work experience.
• Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all.

Responsibilities

• Prepare large quantities, by various methods of cooking, meat, poultry, fish, and vegetables.
• Seasons and cooks all cuts of various meats, fish, and poultry.
• Boils, steams, or fries vegetables.
• Makes gravies, soups, sauces, roasts, meat pies, fricassees, casseroles, and stews.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
