The Associate Director of SC Planning Process Ownership leads implementation of highly impactful, transformational, cross functional projects for Supply Chain Management (SCM). The initial focus of this role will be on leading a Jurisdictional Planning and Control (JP&C) program; focus may shift over time to additional and/or alternative transformational projects. By partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the enterprise, including but not limited to Supply Chain Planning, Quality, Regulatory, CMTO and DTE this role will develop fully integrated project plans to ensure that deliverables are successfully executed, are in accordance with project objectives, and are within budget. The incumbent is also responsible for forming and leading a cross functional team, comprehensive communication within SCM and cross functionally including status reporting, risk management and escalation of issues. Responsibilities include creation of tools and processes to further streamline and enhance transformational project management efficiency and effectiveness. The incumbent is held accountable for project development and timelines. This role will develop and execute both operationally focused and forward-looking vision to identify possible roadblocks, troubleshoot, and lead opportunities for process improvement.
