This position is an RN responsible for providing direct care to patients living with diabetes and their caregivers seen in the hospital and any out-patient clinic where these patients are seen under the care of a Cook clinical provider. This person enhances the quality of patient care by providing specialized diabetic education, in-service, and continuing education programs for patients/families and the nursing staff.
