The position involves partnering with operational leaders, 3PL providers, and Supply Chain Asset Protection Managers to review policies, procedures, and processes aimed at improving customer experience while controlling expenses and maximizing margins. The role requires building relationships and collaborating effectively with key internal and external stakeholders. The individual will manage, hire, and develop a diverse team of hourly Lowe's Security Specialists within a supply chain environment. Responsibilities include overseeing compliance, integrity, and effectiveness of product quality audit programs, evaluating internal controls, and identifying organizational risks to mitigate them through escalations. The role also supports operational excellence and safety training, provides mentorship to associates, conducts data analysis to identify trends, and delivers consistent reporting to support profitability strategies. Additionally, the position involves providing training and governance over network processes, ensuring adherence to damage reduction strategies, and participating in system design planning for new equipment.

  • Associate's Degree in Risk Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of Retail AP experience (Distribution or retail stores).
  • 1-2 years experience with a Mass Retailer or multi-location employer.
  • 1-2 years warehouse or distribution center experience.
  • CSP, ASP, WSO, ARM Certification.
  • OSHA 10 or 30 Hour certification.
