About The Position

Position is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the office while providing administrative support to senior leadership and assisting with select administrative and support activities. This role serves as a key operational function within the organization, requiring professionalism, discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. This position is primarily in-office Monday through Thursday, with remote work on Fridays.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in office management, administrative support, or a related role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage confidential information responsibly
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations to ensure a professional, efficient, and well-organized work environment
  • Oversee office facilities, supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate office services including maintenance, IT support, utilities, and other third-party providers
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related matters
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding logistics
  • Maintain accurate administrative records, policies, and internal documentation
  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and logistics
  • Prepare and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal materials as requested
  • Assist with meeting preparation, follow-ups, and action item tracking
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high degree of discretion
