About The Position
This position serves as a North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) Assistant Special Agent in Charge (ASAC) in the SBI Drug Program. This is a sworn position with Benefits and is subject to the Fair Labor Standards Act. The ASAC is required to respond on a 24-hour, seven day a week basis and is required to work a 160-hour work period as a minimum. Overtime and on-call duty are required in this position.
