Responsibilities

Conduct a full review of SBA 1502 reports, supporting documentation, and submission processes
Identify operational, procedural, and data integrity gaps
Document findings and recommended remediation actions
Deliver live, practical training sessions to the SBA Servicing Team during the audit process
Serve as subject-matter expert
