Countybank is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our SBA team as an SBA Processing Administrator. This role is responsible for supporting the SBA Loan Division through closing, post-closing and compliance efforts in connection with small business loan applications and working closely with the team to ensure smooth processing and streamlined loan closings within the targeted timeframe. The person in this role will provide outstanding service to all Bank clients via phone, email, or in person, answering questions about the client's relationship with the Bank and actively seeking referral opportunities for added Bank services. You'll have the opportunity to help small business owners-both those who are just starting out and those looking to grow-who can't get traditional bank loans. You'll play a key role in moving them forward in their journey, which means you'll get to be part of their success story. It's a very rewarding experience!
