About The Position

Celebree Enterprise, a fast-growing franchisor in the early childhood education sector, is seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable SBA Loan Processor to join our Development Team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting the growth and success of our franchise network by ensuring franchisees' lending journey is on track through the accurate and compliant processing of SBA loans. This is a full-time, in-office position based in White Marsh, Maryland. Candidates must be able to work on-site during standard business hours.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lending, banking, or SBA loan processing.
• Strong working knowledge of SBA loan programs, particularly 7(a) and 504.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and loan origination systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using SBA systems including CAFS and SBA One.
• Familiarity with loan closings and post-closing processes.
• Working knowledge of SBA SOP 50 10 guidelines and SBA 504 procedures.

Responsibilities

• Review and process SBA loan applications (including 7(a), 504, and Express loans) from pre-qualification to closing and funding.
• Ensure loan packages meet all SBA, internal, and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and borrowers to gather required documentation and resolve issues efficiently.
• Order and review third-party reports such as credit reports, appraisals and UCC filings.
• Prepare and submit complete loan packages for SBA approval.
• Communicate with the SBA using CAFS tools and monitor application status and approvals.
• Maintain accurate loan records, documentation logs, and processing timelines.
• Assist with loan closings, ensuring all closing conditions are met and documentation is complete.
• Ensure full compliance with federal and SBA regulations as well as Celebree's internal policies.
• Stay informed on SBA policy updates, SOP revisions, and eligibility criteria changes.
• Provide support to ensure franchisees' financing needs are met, facilitating their growth within the Celebree School system.
