As a SBA Closer/Commercial Real Estate Admin, you will play a crucial role in managing a portfolio of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) loans from approval through to pay-off or maturity. This position involves reviewing and negotiating loan documents to protect the bank's interests, ensuring that all aspects of the loan process are handled efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with Relationship Managers, serving as the primary liaison between customers, attorneys, construction consultants, and title company representatives throughout the financing and closing phases. Your responsibilities will include managing various types of loans, including construction and term loans, unsecured and secured borrowing base lines of credit, and subscription lines. You will be expected to demonstrate a thorough understanding of commercial real estate lending, including letters of credit, tax credit transactions, and multi-phased construction projects. The role requires a strong ability to close commercial real estate loans and manage a diverse loan portfolio, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing for flexibility in your work environment while maintaining an in-office presence for at least three days a week.
