We are seeking a full time SBA Business Development Officer to join our team. The SBA Business Development Officer (BDO) is responsible to develop and structure loans and market other credit union products and services to Small Business Administration (SBA) eligible small and medium sized business. Prospect and network in local markets to identify and develop new SBA client relationships for DFCU Financial. Maintain and build a network of prospects by working with internal and external centers of influence, commercial referral sources, and the Business Banking team to develop new SBA business relationships. Once a relationship is established and the initial transaction is complete, the BDO transfers the client to a Business Banker to deepen and expand the long-term banking relationship. Identify, market and sell SBA loan products.
