About The Position

Banesco USA is seeking an SBA Business Development Officer for our SBA Sales business unit. Primary Job Duties: Proactively source and originate high-quality SBA 7(a) and USDA B&I loans. Build and maintain a robust referral network. Perform preliminary credit analysis to ensure loan requests meet both internal credit policy and government agency eligibility requirements. Structure complex deals involving real estate acquisitions, equipment financing, debt refinancing, and partner buyouts. Manage the loan process from initial intake through to the issuance of a commitment letter, working closely with underwriters and closers. Act as a brand ambassador, attending industry events and maintaining a strong presence in the local business community. Job Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of direct experience in SBA/USDA loan origination. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Comprehensive understanding of the SBA 7(a) SOPs, as well as USDA Business & Industry (B&I) program guidelines. Ability to analyze business financial statements, personal tax returns, and cash flow projections (Global DSC). Requirements

Minimum of 3–5 years of direct experience in SBA/USDA loan origination.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
