About The Position
The SBA Administrator is responsible for providing knowledge of SBA policies, procedures, and systems, serving as a subject matter expert to support the SBA Client Advisor. The SBA Administrator mitigates risks by interfacing with the SBA and Underwriting Teams and associates regarding Government Guaranteed policies, compliance regulations, technology, customer service standards and processes.
