• Prepare and assemble burgers and sides according to Snarfburger recipes and guidelines.
• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service in a friendly manner.
• Take accurate orders, handle cash transactions, and process credit card payments efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including equipment such as flat tops, friers, and soft serve machines.
• Answer phone calls, take to-go orders, and assist in promoting menu items and specials.
• Adhere to food safety protocols and ensure proper handling of ingredients throughout food preparation.
• Demonstrate basic math skills for order accuracy and cash handling.
• Embrace flexibility in scheduling, with availability for both part-time (minimum 14 hours) and full-time (minimum 30 hours) shifts, including weekends and holidays.
