About The Position

Richco Structures, in Sheboygan, WI, is seeking motivated candidates for their Truss Plant. What does the job entail? Operate computer automated saw and/or set up and operate manual saw to cut lumber in accordance with instructions. Assures proper lumber grade, size, quantity and quality. Inspects cut lumber for proper length, angle and grade per cutting list; make minor adjustments to maintain quality specificiations.

Requirements

• Previous experience is helpful - but not required
• We Train!
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours per work shift
• Ability to bend, twist, squat and reach
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Team player with excellent attendance record

Responsibilities

• Operate computer automated saw
• Set up and operate manual saw to cut lumber in accordance with instructions
• Assure proper lumber grade, size, quantity and quality
• Inspect cut lumber for proper length, angle and grade per cutting list
• Make minor adjustments to maintain quality specificiations
