About The Position

We are looking for a Saw Operator who will measure and cut slabs to customer specifications. On-the-job training will be provided for this position. Perform any other duties not mentioned above when instructed to do so by the department manager.

Requirements

Strong commitment to good attendance and being on time as it is critical to meet production needs
Ability to work collaboratively with other employees
Wear proper Personal Protection Equipment in work area at all time
Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace
In compliance with ITAR regulations, must be a US Citizen or US Person
English (reading, writing, and verbal comprehension)
Must be able to work overtime when required to meet operational deadlines
Able to learn our computer system
Pass a written and practical forklift certification examination

Responsibilities

Measure and cut slabs to customer specifications
Work safe and maintain an organized, lean work environment
Complete start-up equipment inspection
Operate the saw via hand or computer program
Replace and maintain the saw and its parts
Operate a forklift
Perform other duties as instructed
