The Saw Operator position involves operating routine production machinery in accordance with prints and specifications provided, carrying out routine activities that produce the required quantity of parts within established specifications and tolerances. The role includes measuring finished parts with precision tools, maintaining logs and records of units produced, and reporting any errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces. Additionally, the operator inspects equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment, performs basic and routine adjustments and maintenance, and maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area while following safety regulations. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
