About The Position

JBS is seeking an hourly SAW OPERATOR Team Member! Position starts at $22.00 per hour after completed training pay $24.00 per hour. The Meat Cutter/Saw Cutter - GL Associate must have the ability to make precise adjustments, basic troubleshooting skills, and modify and or create programs based on equipment, product, and customer needs. Additionally, these roles are the last quality checkpoint before the product reaches both the internal and external customer. The ability to understand and communicate information is essential. Must be able to perform all job functions safely in accordance with food safety, GMP's and quality standards.

Requirements

• Ability to work in cold temperatures (35 degrees).
• Strong communication skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for most of the shift.
• Ability to work in a wet, damp, cold, no-kill food processing environment.
• Display a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Adaptable and dependable with the ability to follow direction and work in cooperation with others.

Responsibilities

• Make precise adjustments to equipment.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment.
