About The Position

This posting is for the Saw Attendant Labor position on the Saw Line. This position is scheduled for 2nd shift and has a base pay of $17.60 per hour, plus $1 for shift differential. This position separates the breast from the scapula bone. Tasks include grasping the right wing and positioning the piece, inserting the knife into the right shoulder joint, making a cut along the pully bone and down along the right side of the scapula bone, and pulling down the right wing to separate the breast meat from the shell. The left wing is then grasped, rotating the front half counterclockwise, and the knife is inserted into the left shoulder joint to cut along the pully bone, down the left side of the scapula.

Requirements

• Must provide government identification number for verification of previous Tyson employment history.
• Must be able to work 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

• Separate the breast from the scapula bone.
• Grasp and position the right wing.
• Insert knife into the right shoulder joint and make cuts along the pully bone.
• Pull down the right wing to separate breast meat from the shell.
• Grasp the left wing and rotate the front half counterclockwise.
