We work to keep adolescents out of the juvenile justice system and provide care in their homes and communities. Daily Impact looks like: - Engaging the youth in service needs and planning - Facilitating educational success with youth - Building community resources and connections to help sustain families - Keeping youth out of the system and in their homes. To belong at Savio you need to: - Be Flexible and self-motivated - Recognize the importance of social systems and a youth’s ecology on their development and behaviors - Have a passion for engaging adolescents and their support systems to address mental health needs, trauma, delinquent behaviors, truancy, family discord, and substance use. - Be comfortable with community-based therapy and a non-traditional work schedule Grow with Savio through: - Comprehensive training in assessment delivery and scoring - Clinical supervision hours and other professional development - Weekly case consultations with both supervisor and team

Requirements

  • BSW or other Bachelor’s degree in related Human Services, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Be Flexible and self-motivated
  • Recognize the importance of social systems and a youth’s ecology on their development and behaviors
  • Have a passion for engaging adolescents and their support systems to address mental health needs, trauma, delinquent behaviors, truancy, family discord, and substance use.
  • Be comfortable with community-based therapy and a non-traditional work schedule
