Create an awesome experience for customers, donors, and team members.
Engage with customers and assist them in finding items.
Maintain the sales floor and ensure it is clean and organized.
Process donations and merchandise.
Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service experience is a plus.
Ability to lift and move items as needed.
Experience in retail or customer service.
Interest in sustainability and thrift shopping.
