About The Position

As a Sales Floor Associate at Savers / Value Village, you will create an awesome experience for our Customers, Donors, and other Team Members. We are hiring for both Full Time and Part Time positions. Our mission is to champion reuse and inspire a future where secondhand is second nature, providing a unique shopping experience with gently-used, one-of-a-kind items that have been donated by the community. Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.

• Familiarity with thrift store operations.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience for customers.
• Assist customers with their inquiries and provide information about products.
• Maintain the sales floor by organizing merchandise and ensuring cleanliness.
• Process donations and assist in sorting and pricing items as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
