About The Position

At Savers / Value Village our Sales Floor Associates create an awesome experience for our Customers, Donors and other Team Members. We are hiring for both Full Time and Part Time Sales Floor Associates.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.

• Experience in retail or customer service.
• Interest in sustainability and thrift shopping.

Responsibilities

• Create an awesome experience for customers, donors, and team members.
• Engage with customers and assist them in finding items.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
• Process donations and merchandise.
• Support team members in achieving store goals.
